It's very common for coeliac disease to go undiagnosed for years, decades, or even forever. 😳 But children have much better health and quality of life in the long term, if they are diagnosed as early as possible.
As parents, we are uniquely qualified to monitor subtle changes in our children's health and behaviour that might otherwise go undetected.
In this video I talk about some of the common symptoms to show up in children with coeliac disease from babies through to high school.
Has your child experienced any (or many) of these symptoms? If so, it might be time to have them screened.... ESPECIALLY if coeliac disease is already in your family.
