I bought your Plant Lean 28 day meal plan. It is the biggest answer to prayer ever. We have been plant base for almost 9 years and we got off track and started eating the unhealthy Plant Base foods because we just didn't have time to make food with our schedule. I came across your page about a year ago and have loved everything I have made and so has my family. I been dying to create meal plans for the week but am not creative at all. I started yours last week and its PERFECT. It is realistic. It is simple. It is soooo tasty. I love the variety and how it actually is more of a lifestyle rather then just a diet. I am soooo beyond grateful for what you have created for our family. This is the first time I have found something that makes sense for us since we started 9 years ago. So thank you so stinking much!

Thank you for this video!!! I so needed this right now! You continue to be such an inspiration and I'm so glad I found your channel. I was wondering what your family and friends think of your WFPB lifestyle? Are they accepting of it? At gatherings, do you bring your own food to share? I am struggling a bit with family and friends not understanding this way of eating. Even my kids with their friends can be hard. Just wondering how you got through it socially when you first made the transition? Thank you so much for everything you do Kiki!! 💕

Love these tips, Kiki!! My non negotiable is sweet potato pie and my mother's rolls (my mother makes us a plantbased one). I absolutely love all these tips!! I’m so glad I found your channel. For some reason, I tend to always adjust recipes and use them more as inspiration and a rough guide and I usually cut back sugar and oil by a large amount (especially with baked goods) and the outcome is still always great. I make sure the texture still resembles what it should look like or replace some of the oil to get to a similar texture. Add more cinnamon or vanilla, some maple syrup for more flavor with less sugar and don’t hesitate to taste during the process to get an idea of what it will taste like. It is an extra level of excitement to steer away from the recipe but in most instances no regret and often I wish rather I’d cut down the sugar even more. I love pastries and baked goods but don’t enjoy if it’s too sweet.

My addiction is to milk chocolate. I have eliminated it at times, curbed and greatly reduced my consumption and then it creeps back in. It literally is my weakest link to 100% compliance. I cam say no to many baked goods and sweets because that darned milk chocolate addiction is so strong. I've made and eaten chocolate nice cream and I got out of the habit of making it. I'm going to make a goal of making it once a week like I used to. My husband and I are planning our shared Thanksgiving meal now. I'm headed to your website for inspiration. Linda

Kiki you are Ahhhhmazing!!!!!!❤️. I just love your heart & how you share so much to help us GET this!!! I for one appreciate every time you explain this way of eating bc it’s so new to me the idea of not eating meat/oils etc. Your videos & website inspire me so much and all the delish foods you make give me such healthy cravings for Whole Foods plants!!!! I’ve been considering you & Hannahs program too but trying to practice some before I go all in bc I feed my family of 8 meats, veggies, fruits & they eat lots of dairy. (I am dairy free, gluten free) already so just working to go oil and meat free is really hanging me up😆. We’ve been engrained high fat, low carb so long…ugh! It’s so hard to shift the thinking. I keep praying for a solution for me to reverse type 2 diabetes (just started meds last week but have high A1c a year or more now) I tried whole 30/plant paradox, paleo and lost 16 pounds since February 2021 did great until august when dairy & junk crept in along with stress that triggered anxiety & panic attacks from my blood glucose being in dangerous range😢. (I want to shed 80-100 pounds, I’m 5ft 11.) So now I’m back on GF, DF & keep finding myself intrigued about how you eat so healthy & the food looks so inviting. I’m nervous eating potatoes, beans & rice will spike my sugar high & im not sure if I’ll just be eating only salads. I also have 15 chickens soooo eggs are a thing here that we all really enjoy however I’ve found over last year eggs sometimes make me nauseous 🤔. Sooo I know I should cut them out and see. All this to say, THANK YOU SO MUCH FOR BEING SUCH A BEAUTIFUL INSPIRATION TO ME😁. You bless my heart & give me hope that I can change my health for the better! I would love to be one of your success stories someday! Happy Thanksgiving to you and your family!!! 🍁🍂. Blessings, Shannon

I enjoyed this video but also it’s biological that we gain weight especially in the “winter” months whenever that is based on where you are on the world. It’s natural to gain a little and then lose it in the summer. Why do people fear this natural part of being a human? enjoy your time with your family and please don’t worry so much! seeing the same number on the scale isn’t the most important part!
