Do you have to have the polymer pin in for hunting or can you hunt without it? Just clarifying. 🍻🏹

Hello Waterfield Archery! Thank you for your question. Yes, the locking pin needs to be in place for hunting, that is what holds the kick-out blades consistently in place. If you choose to practice with your broadhead then you’ll want to replace the pin prior to hunting. Extra pins are included with your broadhead purchase and in all our replacement blade packs. We also have practice heads available for the Hyde 100 & 125 grain.
