that would be expensive. they would call just because they are lonely or forget they made an order and leave it at the store. if a human talks to them they need to be paid and groceries will cost more.

Hi Belinda, The H-E-B & Favor Senior Support Line is available to seniors 60+ in select Favor markets in Texas. Seniors can place orders from a curated list of grocery essentials via a dedicated Senior Support phone line (1-833-397-0080), the Favor app, or favordelivery.com

I use this feature, it works great. You certainly need to plan ahead because there are no schedules to choose until 5-7 days later. Prior to Caronavirus, it would be ready the next day....I am so ready for normalcy!!!

I wish the app would show what is in and out of stock. I placed an order days in advance and even though at time while my order was waiting things were in stock those items were not placed with my order. Mind you it was on basics and didnt include tp or paper goods . Simple things like potatoes, rotel tortillas . So I was a tad disappointed since I cant be out due to autoimmune

Hello, H-E-B always does our best in Curbside or Home delivery orders to make sure that the items requested are fulfilled. However, due to the high volume of demand, some items may not be available when your specific order is filled. If that happens, there are two things that may take place - we will substitute a like item if it is available, or you will not be charged for that item if we are unable to select that item for your order. We appreciate your understanding.

Same, I understand it's not HEB's fault, but I wish there was a better way. I'm immunocompromised so I can't go into the store and my husband works at the refinery so he works crazy long hours. I received 4 items off my list a couple of weeks ago and I just made another order this week, which is 5 days ahead. I'm wondering about a better way to get curbside's orders fulfilled because I feel like everyone is just grabbing them before the curbside employees can get them for their orders.

Today, April, at about 11:50, made a large order. When l finished, l couldn't check out. Did not show form to use credit card. So, did my whole order disappear? This is the New Braunfels store on be highway 46. Curbside date was April 15, 2;00.

SAME HAPPENED WITH ME - you fight for a slot, you get it, they give you a time limit to place your order, then when you goto pay, it makes you log in , and when you do, you lose EVERYTHING, including your time slot. I'm sitting here right now waiting for a phone call back from heb, i was transferred 5 times and my groceries were supposed to be here 3 hours ago, store closes in 10 minutes.

We NEED the coupons back. With ALL my kids at home for FOUR weeks. Thats Breakfast, Lunch & Dinner, plus snacks!!! I sure do need my coupons!!! Not enough money for patience

Hi, there. H-E-B has temporarily suspended our coupon program so that we can focus on keeping product flowing through our stores during this time. Product availability changes throughout the day. Our coupon program will resume when product availability stabilizes.

Just want to say I really love there delivery service it reminds me of ordering commissary in jail and you can order the same stuff at half the price and some stuff even cheaper soups four 4 for 1.03 in jail they cost more then a follow for one you cant beat this new service they got.

You should give priority to order's placed on line because THEY ARE ALREADY PAID FOR. Common sense, those who paid for the food should get it first. Set aside the items before the doors open.

I agree as well. Our items should be pulled, refrigerated if necessary since we ordered and paid for our orders 1-2 weeks ahead. Im in Houston. During the day they show no time slots for the whole week. They add slots for the next day around midnight but they go pretty fast. Its 1am and I just placed my order for pickup today. Good luck!

What's happening in the world right now is something NO company & NO human being has EVER gone through in this day and age of advanced technology. There's NO WAY TO PREPARE for something of this magnitude & get it right. People getting sick or going to leave a gap in the system that can't easily be filled, that includes truck drivers. There's also NEVER been this much of a need for items all at once. We all need something but we aren't going to get everything, it doesn't matter where your ordering from or what store you go to. The real worry should be getting your $ back if your order was not complete. Think about how many stores there are & how many people are going through the same thing at the same time. Its MILLIONS so processing credit card refunds are naturally going to take longer to go through. That's why you have receipts & bank statements. You could get your refund in a few hours or a day, maybe two depending on the time of day you go. Be lucky you can go out. Be lucky you can go pick up something. Be grateful your healthy & alive. Pray these workers don't all get sick because their hard work & lack of sleep is killing their immune system.

Being unable to delete items appears not to be an option 24 hours before curbside pickup. Getting help over the phone "that's "mission inpossible". Decreasing quanties after placing oder appears not to be an option as well. Kroger's online pickup is much more friendly for add moves and changes. HEB site is more about making money... too sad.

First curbside order took 3 days. Second order was scheduled for 8 PM curbside pickup time on Thursday.. Thursday afternoon when I had not gotten a confirmation #, I called and was told they didn’t have an order for me. I waited 5 days this time. This is very frustrating and I made a mask and went to the store the next day. I do understand this is a difficult time and your employees are working hard. I will check out some of our other stores in the area that I can count on that have senior hours for shopping.

@@TheReal0re0McFlurr If you log in and are directed to the home screen, up at the top of your app you should see your store listed. Here you should see "In-Store at (your store name)" and can toggle to "Shop Curbside or Delivery." When you toggle, you'll be able to add items to a Curbside or Home Delivery order versus just placing on a list for in-store shopping. We hope this helps!

Thank you heb. I couldnt find ramen noodles anywhere. And its the only thing my baby girl will eat so i placed an order hoping to get lucky. The day of my delivery i got a call saying they were out of noodles but was expecting a truck the next day and would put my order aside for me. As busy as they were they went the extra mile and i appreciate it 😍

How often does HEB get new deliveries (truck fulls) in? Maybe if more customers knew how often products are going to be refilled, it'd cause much less stress. Might be a slim chance the morning lines wouldn't be so dang long. (Not holding my breath, though..) I used to work at HEB, and there's no way I'd work there now, with shoppers seriously freaking out and many making it worse for others by hoarding. I know it's a mental issue, but still ...

Hi, Teresa. For any orders that are beyond next-day, there is no $4.95 fee for Curbside. However, if you have a same-day or next-day order, the $4.95 fee still applies. Thank you!

I made an order online using your HEB app, I got my order number and was surprised to see my order will be ready in 2 days. When I showed up at the store to pick my order up one of your employees came out to say my order won't be ready until 8 days from today. I was sooooo disappointed with HEB

They need to add the option to remove items from your order without having to call. They said you can through the app, but there is no trash can option to do so.

Hello Michelle! Please know, you can now make modifications or adjustments to your Curbside or Home Delivery order online. You can modify or cancel items in your order up to 24 hours before your designated pickup/delivery window. Order Cancellations or additions can be made up to 4 hours before pickup or delivery.

Hi Ricardo The H-E-B & Favor Senior Support Line is a new delivery program designed to offer a safer shopping solution for seniors across Texas. In light of the COVID-19 pandemic, H-E-B and Favor are working together to provide a simple, affordable solution that offers contactless delivery of essential food and supplies to seniors where they are safest-at home. The H-E-B & Favor Senior Support Line is available to seniors aged 60 and older in select Favor markets across Texas. Starting Friday, March 20, seniors will be able to place orders from a curated list of grocery essentials via a dedicated Senior Support phone line (1-833-397-0080), the Favor app, or favordelivery.com. The Senior Support Line will be staffed with volunteers to accept and process orders over the phone from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m., seven days a week.

Arianne No the person taking the order out for you signs the device for you. If you want a completely contactless pick up make a sign with the name of the order and hold it up to the window so the shopper will know who you are without taking to you

I ordered my groceries last week.. when i went to pick them up more than half my order was not in stock.. basic things like baby wipes, toilet paper and paper towels, bread..etc. the manager said that they want to “ensure freshness” yall should pick everyones groceries and store them before you open your doors. #gottadobetterheb
