If you are overweight and trying to conceive naturally, attempt losing weight, I did it years ago. A friend of mine who was 40 years old was having difficulty getting pregnant. I told her that if she would lose some weight I believe it would help her to conceive. She called me a few months later to tell me she lost 10 lbs and was pregnant. Pregnant at 40, was the most happiest 40 year old at that time!

I practice OMAD for almost 8 months and walk 1 hour every morning, I'm loosing weight, my period cycle improve tremendously, from 38 days long to 28 days. @@rndsaneo2172 Technically 8 months straight but I do make adjustments sometimes. Always listen to your body. Normally a day before my period, I will always feel starve like crazy, so my eating window will be longer, then it is of course not OMAD anymore, it became TWOMAD..hihi..then on my 1st day period I always officially declare it as my Cheat Day..hihi.. Always give your body a moment to celebrate in order to reduce the cortisol level. By lowering stress, inflammation can be reduced tremendously and by that time I started to see positive results. I'm loosing weight and my period cycle became regular. Do not afraid, just give it a try and feel free to make adjustments according to your body reactions. Everyone's body is different. @@Jesus-xm5gv I don't know how you can have a name like Jesus and spew such hatred. Just because a person wants to have their own child does not make them selfish. You are making the assumption that people who choose to have their own families also don't adopt children as well. There are plenty of families who have children of their own biologically and also foster and adopt children. You can't go around telling people what to do and how to run their lives. If you care about orphans, then YOU adopt orphans. Nobody asked to be born, yet here we are. Anything can happen in anyone's life. Trying to control who and who cannot have children is the mindset of eugenics. There is nothing wrong with a woman wanting to experience birthing a child if she can, or even using a surrogate. There is nothing wrong with bringing a baby into this world to experience parenthood. We can't control the world. Why be mad at someone for starting their own family? Be mad at the circumstances that made the orphan an orphan. Circumstances like poverty, war, sickness, etc.
@pageturningpriestess2859
3 жыл бұрын
@@Jesus-xm5gv Perhaps the energy you are putting into arguing could be turned into something productive. Maybe instead of chastising people who want to have a family, you could be placing your efforts into creating a world devoid of poverty, war and sickness. But instead you are placing your efforts into starting senseless debates that sparks no tangible change in the lives of the orphans you claim you care about. If you claim to have the name Jesus, did not the Biblical Jesus say that the poor will always be among you? And did not the said God of the Old Testament command Adam and Eve to "Be fruitful and multiply"? I don't understand how you can be so upset with a person starting a biological family. I don't know why you are so angry, you, who claims the name Jesus. The same Jesus who healed people of maladies. From the same holy text showing examples of women being healed of infertility. How is it evil when in your holy book you had God creating fertility in women in order to have a biological child? Women like Sarah (Sarai), Hannah, and countless others while closing the wombs of other women as a "curse". Obviously, if having your own child biologically was so terrible, many people would not have the drive to procreate. There are plenty of orphans who are adopted by people who have biological children. Why does it have to be one or the other? Why so much unnecessary conflict?

Is there science backing this up? Or just a few case studies so far?

@@5unshineBear Science is FUNDED by the same "elites" that want to depopulate the earth (Eugenics). That's like asking a murd3r3r to investigate their own cr1me. Turn off the te-lie-vision, turn off the brainwashing mainstream music and start hitting those books, and research. In the age of information, ignorance a choice.

Though you informed about many things to do, could you inform what items within each supermarket (food bazaar, crown, aldi, dollar tree/dollar general/family dollar, and others) to purchase on a 230/mo budget? Thank you for the information and I look forward to the supermarket information as well.🤗
