there is a lot of rubbish here.. you cannot moly candle customers, unless you are trying to be Anthony Robbins. You cannot spend so much time dodging around things. Its important to address the key elements and where they are going wrong, to help them best. They may get a little fright, but they will see that you are honest and eventually realise. The customer is NOT always the expert, and if you set them up to be the leader, when they are confused most of the time, then the whole transaction fails. There is way too much dancing around the customer here, and this never works. Saying things like: "the customer is the expert" is 80% of the time nonsense and foolish thinking. If your going to treat customers like infantile and now bring them up, then you have no control. A good salesperson does the research, asks questions, finds out the facts and then establishes the best path for the solution. Most customers are stressed out and dont always know what they want. If you cater to this, you are never going to succeed in sales.

that's a good point. I think he wants to say that we are here to help customers. But you're right. It doesn't mean we should give up control or not point out the logic that guides them.

Great production and content. Kudos! My only observation: lower the mike, it covers part of your face and it's huge. No need for that if you use a lavalier microphone, or even that one at a proper gain setting. Keep up the good work!!

Thanks for the feedback. This mic whoops any lavs for nice sounding audio. As most of our downloads come from the audio side of things that gets priority over the video element unfortunately :).
