Actually, you can sabotage a regime by sabotaging your workplace. In occupied France not all resistants were fighters, ordinary people could still cripple the nazi by being purposefully bad at their jobs. Things like applying bureaucratic procedures to the letter thus slowing whole pans of the administration, making small mistakes on a regular basis, withholding informations or relaying them late, incomplete or with some errors, etc. The MI6 actually printed a booklet with some guidelines, iirc Lindybeige has made a video about it.

You included the removal of bad management as part of your title, but never connected the more national(more violent) forms of revolution with those that take place in the workplace which are (usually) less violent. If you had have explored and showed connections between national revolutions and their workplace counterparts it would have made your video more likely to interest the portion of your viewers who clicked due to the second part of your title. Other than that great video. I might add that most revolutions depend on timing and outside pressures. If a dictator (or unpleasant manager) plays his/her cards right and doesn't make any large mistakes it is nearly impossible for the citizens to depose them. In most revolutions it is the security forces that allow, or help, the dictator to be removed from power. The same applies to removing managers, it is usually the company and its HR department(and higher management) that either backs the manager or allows them to be sabotaged and quietly moved to another department.

As a Venezuelan we joked a lot about our dictators (Maduro and previously Chavez) and they allowed it to some extent. More often than not, the jokes are related to imitate their speech paterns to say something stupid, and with Maduro specifically, we mocked him for being apparently dumb On the long run several comedians had to flee the country and even a movie narrating their censorship as a comedy group, a movie called "Fuera del aire" was censored and the group working on it had to flee. The other issue is that some jokes may cause you to underestimate your opponent, the dictator.

An interesting example of comedy was in Kenya. I unfortunately forgot the name of the dictator but they had a long term autocrat in power. In the 1990s there was comedy cartoon sketch in a news paper/magazine and it mocked the presidents actions. Subtle at first then bolder and bolder. Once showing a cartoon of the president winning a foot race when everyone else had clearly been sabotaged (he had just fixed the election). But they were never punished, why? Because the president found them funny. The president was forced to liberalise over time (though slowly) and eventually retired from office. Some feel it's because the comedy made him less scary, they felt more bold to speak out while also giving a way for them to criticise him. Although some could argue it helped keep the president in power as he showed a sense of humour that made him more in touch with people.

If you live in a Western country, boomers are the famous "silent majority", and they mostly watch TV. I know that in my country, France, comedy has blatantly disappeared from aired media in the last 8 years. A quite recent case was the cancellation of "C'est encore nous" (left-leaning comedy program) by the radio channel France Inter despite record audience ratings. They are in the progress of removing dictators since 1940ths. Just read about what US loyal government in south Korea did. For example learning Russian was a capital crime. Because it is obvious you are an enemy of a state if you are reading leftist books. If UN did not intervene, Korea would be a peaceful free state.
