Thank you Janet. And this is an old tutorial. The music is very loud lol. A bit too loud. Great idea. I feel sometimes more productive with minis. Best of luck dear!

So glad I found this painting. I've been wanting to paint a picture of a raccoon for my husband. We have a big family of them live on our property. They come out in the evening and eat the cats food. They come right up on our porch and we watch them out the window. We're only about 2-4 feet from them. Their antics are funny. One night they were being noisy. One was sitting in the food bowl and when one of the other 2 would try to get food he would spin around and fight them off. They're fascinating to watch. I have pictures of the. If there's a way I can share them with you.

I’m so glad you like found it then. I know raccoons have a very curious, aloof personality. We also had raccoons visit to eat our cats food. If you would like to send photos just email them to me directly at rose@laurenelizabethfineart.com

I’ve really been enjoying your channel. You seriously are a great teacher and I’m surprised some of your videos don’t have more views. I’m sure everything will grow because you have a great talent and method of teaching. I am primarily a pastel artist, but I have a couple of questions for you. Where do you get your reference images so there’s not a copyright issue? And how do you keep your acrylics so pliable and wet while working? I have a stay wet palette for acrylics but it didn’t look like you were using anything like that. Thanks for your help.

Haha, thank you Susan! I've been very blessed with the views I have gotten. I'm thankful for that! I actually will go and ask the photography permission before using reference photos. I collaborate with some photographers to help me with all my Masterclass tutorials. I've been asked this question a lot about the coverage of my paint. I use a spray bottle very often and I apply relatively think. It also helps to have great paint. I use basics, or Windsor and Newton, and Liquitex. I don't like spots on my canvas so I don't move to an area or finish a painting with any spots. Does this make sense?

Lauren Elizabeth Fine Art yes, your comment makes perfect sense. I actually learned a lot about acrylic paint and just watching this video. I also sometimes ask photographers for permission to paint their images, and often I use a site called www.pmp-art.com. There’s some great reference images that are copyright free. I believe the rule is that you can’t share the photo in your video however. Thanks so much for your feedback and I pray your channel grows and grows.
