Nice video. :-) On the subject of primers, you can actually make your own primer in any (opaque) color you like. Golden sells a medium called GAC 200 that is designed for increased adhesion. (I think the major ingredient is Dow Rhoplex SS#4, which is for painting sports equipment.) YMMV, but you can start my mixing 1 part GAC 200, 1 part Liquitex matte medium (or whichever matte medium you use), and 2 parts paint. Then, thin this with whatever you usually use to thin paint for the airbrush.

One of the difficulties in painting this figure is the skin. Skin is always difficult to paint. The problem I see in any muscled figure is that combination of recesses and curved forms. Your technique is similar to Dave's Collimore, from Foundry: the 3 colors technique, but you add a final wash that improves the outcome. Great job.I like it.

Alexandria I have been a big fan and subscriber for quite a while now and I wanted to request a series of videos. I was really hoping you could do a series where you lay out all of your armies and make a detailed video of each one. I think that would be very popular. Thank you so much for all the videos. Your the best.

I love this one. I like that you showed how to use the washes in the end as you normally use them in the beginning. I have to say though that i do not really like the pristine blue pants on such a savage looking model. but the paint job was done effectively so the color is just a matter of taste.

hmmm - I find it pretty easy to do the Ogre in bright skin tone style. Base in Talern Flesh, Wash in Ogryn Flesh all over, Build up layers back up with Tallern, wash the recess only in Ogryn again then Highlight over the musculature in either Dwarf Flesh or a 1:1 mix of Tallern and Deheneb Stone depending on the finish you want. I like Alexandra's Tutorial tho:P

Back in the old days, Ral Partha used to sell a set of metallic waxes that you would apply with a makeup applicator like you use in this video. It was a great effect and it's interesting to see this same tool being used for another effect.

Ok, so I know that she said this is table top quality, but I thought that the base color for the flesh was a little too dark and that's why there's a lot of contrast....... BUT I thought it was good overall, Flesh is probably one of the hardest, if not, the hardest tones to accomplish. also, if anyone can tell me the two names she mentions on this video I would appreciate it.
