@Sorastro Yes and no.. I am using Paint rack and the match are not good. They are suggesting totally different tone and sometime contrast paint or other technical paint. Other app are sometime not giving any match. I have not tested all the app. If someone can give me any app suggestion that will work I will be more than happy.

Hello Sorastro...hope your Sunday is/was well. I have a question (several probably, but we'll start with this one) for you. My family got me Shatterpoint for Father's Day and I'm finally breaking the box open to put the models together. I am really not used to piecemeal format the minatures and terrain come in and am trying to deal with the frustration of glueing such tiny pieces together with the standard crazy/gorilla glue. Do you have a specific modeling glue you use with a precise applicator tip and if so, what do you use when assembing these models? Also, do you also find you get the glue stuck to your fingertips, making it hard to grasp these pieces? Any tips or advice you can give would be great. Thanks.
@Sorastro
Жыл бұрын
Hey buddy! I use the Tamiya Extra Thin Cement for these models; it's a plastic glue with a fine brush applicator, so it's nice and precise, and you shouldn't get any on your fingers. You can see me using it in the first episode: kzitem.info/news/bejne/yWiMuH2vfHOWnoI 😀

Just curious why you would not make the grey in between steps with rattle can primer?
@Sorastro
Жыл бұрын
Hi! For the zenithal highlights? You could use a rattle can if you like. An airbrush just provides a finer spray pattern, and greater control is all 🙂
@MarlonKruis
Жыл бұрын
@@Sorastro I know that, but I ment the specific thing you said about when using rattlecan versus airbrush. Do it black and white with rattlecan (skip grey) and black, gray and white with the airbrush. Was curious why you said that so specifically.
@Sorastro
Жыл бұрын
Ah OK! Well, firstly I would be afraid of spraying a mini three times with a rattle can in case the paint becomes too thick, and begins to obscure details. And secondly, because we have much less control when using rattle cans, I think the white would pretty much override the grey anyway (because the spray pattern is so forceful and wide). 🙂
@MarlonKruis
