Amazing ! So in this video you are not using slow motion right 😅 ? Only RealTime & Acceleration ? For slowmotion we must interpret 50FPS to 25 Fps in the nested séquences.. I Guess !

You forget to add motion blur with speed ramp these videos quite smooth because of 120fps shoot and edit it on 60fps sequence or creators will add motion blur in it ?

For two reasons: if you copy the attributes without nesting the clip Premiere pro will not apply the speed ramp properly. Secondly if you want to make some slight changes like the beginning or end of the clip you can easily go into the nested sequence and change it. Additionally you can apply warp stabilizer and other effects in the nested sequence. You can’t apple warp stabilisation onto a clip that’s speed ramped otherwise.

I`m shooting ntsc in a pal country because of the few additional frames it gives me and also because most of the reel content on instagram is shot in 30 fps (smartphones usually shoot 30fps) . I think it doesn`t make much of a difference, what do you think?

noone cares about ntsc or pal anymore. it was only interesting because of the tv´s back in the days. if you want the cinema look go for 24 fps, otherwise you can do what you want.

Hi great video. Do you have any issues with instagram 25fps reels? Sometimes they are a little bit choppy, looking online it seems there are others with similar issues. Apparently it’s because instagram is converting the 25fps into 30fps. And that creates some issues. I’m also PAL region but I’m debating if I should switch to 30fps. Apparently that’s the minimum requirement

No I’m not. But if I want to slow it down to 50% in my speed ramp I need Ringo back into the nested sequence and set the sequence settings to 50fps. Otherwise it will be choppy but I’ve explained it also in the video

Not really. Just feel the music and edit a lot and eventually you’ll be able to edit it perfectly to the beat.
