Mike Mentzer brought me here. My gym has no padded peck deck, but we do have this one. Can't wait to rest up and H.I.T. lift. Im getting jacked on 1 set to failure. So intense, my muscles almost always shake uncontrollably after each lift.

pec deck and pec fly are 2 different exercises. if someone doesn't know the difference they should not be giving advice. PERIOD
