Ingredients:
Fish fillets i.e Salmon, Swordfish, Tuna etc.
Vegetable or Olive Oil
Procedure:
1. Heat your saute pan on high for 2-3 minutes. Add a tiny amount of oil. No more than one ounce. Make sure the surface of the pan is coated entirely.
2. Start swirling your pan over the burner. While swirling add the fish and allow it to swirl around the pan for several seconds. This will form a barrier as the fish starts to cook quickly. This is how to cook the fish properly and it won't stick to the pan.
3. Flip the fish over and swirl briefly. Finish the fish in the oven right in the pan until the desired degree of doneness is achieved. Note: All fish are different and cook at different rates so play around with it to get the perfect temperature or leave me a comment about what you want to cook and I'll get right back to ya!
