I thrifted this STUNNING mid mod mirror last year and hung it in my hallway… That night I scared the living shit outta myself coming outta the potty… like I screamed (kind of a strangled “ahhgrggg” sound at top volume) and woke up the house… smh. @@alzpodcastI'd put a divider or something in front of the toilet if you have enough room in there. I personally despite mirrors that face the toilet, because not only is it bad fengshui (which I didn't know about), if you're near sighted and don't wear glasses when you get up to pee at night, let's just say my reflection is slenderman having a pee because I can't see my facial features.

It’s literally useless if you don’t have a “typical” room. Windows on opposite side from door, but only 2 I’m the corners facing each other. Queen sized bed only fits so many ways with a desk, a dresser, 2 night stands, a tv stand, set of drawers, shelf for plants, and my cats stuff.

I had a college roommate from Taiwan who insisted on having a behind the door mirror but didn’t realize her bed was directly across from the door. The mirror was covered with a sheet 99% of the time because she said it would “steal her energy” if it wasn’t covered. I told her we could just move it to the closet door but she was very stubborn. She spent the year being oddly stressed about the mirror. She could have benefited from a “fix it!” vid.

Something I think is interesting is that my home has always had a mirror pointing towards the front door and I think it's really convenient because then I can stand with my dirty shoes on the entry mat and make sure I don't look like a disaster right before I leave :) but the hallway room is quite big and wide which I feel kind of helps balance it out? I don't think I would love having a mirror at the end of a long and narrow hallway because that's the kind of mirrors that demons come out of and murder you. Idk if this makes sense hahah

And it wasn't a WC with different stalls, it was a single bathroom for a single person at a time. And the toilet itself had that little "slit" on the front to allow for more accessibility (I dunno, maybe it's easier for some people to have room to fit your hand from the front?) So there was this day I had a massive cramp and I got to watch myself pushing my intestines out of me in 4K.....
