Really great rules explanation. One thing missed though is that when a character “dies” you also put a doom token on the scenario sheet.

The boys come over in a few minutes for me to play it the first time. As a seasoned 2nd edition player I'm curious to see how that rendition feels and your rules explanation helped greatly in preparing me. GREAT STUFF! THANX!

I was eyeing this but as Ive invested in AH minis, Eldritch Horror + expansions, Mansion of Madness 1 and 2 + Expansions... I think I'll pass this time. However I DO like how this version would actually all fit on a normal sized table it seems. :) thanks for the demo!

This is one of my favourite tabletop games. The slow uncovering of the story as you either gather clues or doom sets it apart from any other game I've played. Love it.

Yes! It definitely feels that Arkham Horror 3rd Edition was a successor to Eldritch Horror, which was designed to be a successor to Arkham Horror 2nd Edition. 2nd Edition is the clunkiest, but it still holds a special place in my heart.
