BEST GUITAR LESSON I"VE EVER TAKEN!!! Seriously I've been playing this song incorrectly for -YEARS- and I'm self taught so it's hard to break those old habbits. But when you're shown concisely what makes the song sound right... and you're not bogged down with the normal cadence of explain > play > explain > theory > repeat >. You're picking up how the song is played and it's sounding =RIGHT= immediately. I love it. Thank you so much.

For 1st ten years I played it in the wrong key. For the last 10 years I did an extra C note off the D, which made it sound like Midnight Rider by Allman Bros. Also I didn't so the sweet bass walk down via the G/B chord. WORLD of difference, I'm damn near embarrassed at myself. Lol. Thanks Shane!!!!!

One of my favorite. I started working on it today. Only problem, is with everything wrong with my body, takes me weeks to get one down. Bad hands and bad back, means I can only practice about 10-15 minutes at a time before my hands and back say it's time to quit for a couple hours. Sucks having a busted up body. Take care of yourself Shane, and thanks for the lessons.
