Great sounds, this song is much easier to play if you tune your guitar to F#F#F#F#C#F# I believe that is the tuning Kevin uses on the recording. The sound of the open strings ringing out is a big part of their sound and its also a lot easier to play than the chords you are using. Great video though!

I believe he actually tunes everything to E leaving the B string as it is amd uses a capo on the 2nd fret
@mateoziz11

there’s pics out there of Kevin’s guitars with the tunings... he doesn’t use a capo for Soon, though your method is practical if you don’t want to risk string breakage

The real question is: can you select all the effects in a live scenario? that's what I'm really concerned about. I just bought an ms70cdr and I don't really know how to use it properly
@brunokubin

I have the same pedal of this video (MS-50G) and I can tell you there are certain effects you can't combine. Nevertheless, you have a huuuuuge amount of combinations. Give it some time and don't be afraid to experiment with it. At first it might look overwhelming and even intimidating with all its functions but just don't fret about it and have fun :) It really is a wonderfully versatile pedal and it's not very expensive considering what it offers, and I cannot recommend it enough :) Disclaimer: nobody paid me to say this.

@@jeremyjonathan5401 I wonder if the pedal could be controlled by a multi-switch, I mean like every switch turns on a certain effect individually. It would be perfect for live

You’d actually need to tune your guitar to a strange tuning that’s really specific to this song, no joke. He does a great job in this video of emulating the sounds in standard though! F# F# F# F# C# F# is the tuning... a big power chord!
