Hey there, so once I have the keyboard connected as a midi channel in Ableton, how do I change the key? I know you can alter the key to match sound waves that have already been recorded in Ableton, but from here, I am unsure how to proceed. Is it possible to ensure my external instrument will match the key of the preexisting song before recording any midi?

An interface allows you to get audio from external devices - like a guitar/vocal/keyboard/whatever directly into your computer. A keyboard that is purely MIDI doesn't actually emit audio, so for this you don't need an interface. But in the situation in the video, I want to actual sounds that are inside the keyboard.
