Hi I've heard from world padel tour experts that even if there was a possibility that a pro could maybe bring it back from a 4 meter, the rules say that it's not aloud, so once you kick it out through the 4 meter fence it's a straight point, saying that it is quite impossible to recover that type of balls hehe, but these pro players are doing every day really difficult recoveries so you never know. Stupa did save once a ball that rolled the fence and he ran to get it from a 4 meter area but that wasn't a straight 4 meter outer, if you can check it out it was insane... greetings fab content 👍

Good work. Love your videos, useful and easy to understand 💪 Do you change your grip from continental or do you use the same one when popping out the ball? Thanks in advance.

you forgot one thing, the rules state whenever the ball goes over a 4m fence, its automatic point, so even it an opponent would stand outside waiting for it, its still point.

What about the grip? Continental? Also does the racket has to have some play in my hand? I tried hard and a lot today but to little success.

isnt it illegal to bring your racket over the net to oponnent's side unless the ball is already going there off your wall?
@schjak
Ай бұрын
No, as long as you hit the ball on your side it’s good. The racquet can go over the net as you swing. Also as long as the ball bounced on your side you can hit the ball on the opponent’s side, it doesn’t need to go via the wall. (For example on a drop shot that bounce back over the net)

I dont understand why the wrist works better than the fully arm.
@daanlinders7997
5 ай бұрын
That is because the ball needs to go almost straight down. When using your full arm the balls often goes to much horizontal and therefore won't go high enough to go out of the court.

It was natural to me when I first started playing lawn tennis, I never played tennis after that.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣 because I lost too many balls.

"If they do lob you and you'll make it back to the ball, you'll be out of breath..." Ffs, the padel court is not that big :D If you're in a decent condition and used to proper sports, padel is a walk in the park physically - but it's a lot of fun, I'll give you that. Played it almost 300 times last year and on pace to equal or better that this year.
@EverythingPadel

trust me mate, at high level, they lob you and lob you all day, and if you are too close to the net, you will get too tired. Also, you can't get back quick enough to play a bandeja, watch how the pros don't stand right on top of the net, always mid way up the court.
@osmondhagby4788

@@EverythingPadel There's nothing you can tell me that'll convince me that padel is demanding physically, I'm sorry :) I've played racquetball and badminton competitively for decades and I can guarantee that padel won't match either physically on any level. Playing padel is fun and a great way to get your heart rate up without being too much of a burden on your body and joints, but watching it's slow pace even when the pros play is like watching paint dry.
