@capj64 depends on the job. When there's a lot of ink coverage, a vacuum table would help. I use a very little amount of spray tack. It never leaves any residue on the back. But since this was mostly small type and not large amounts of ink, plus it is relatively small so it was no problem printing. Also helps when using heavy stock. We mostly do t-shirts and id love to do more poster printing and we would eventually buy a vacuum table for our Vastex v-1000 or probably just build one of our own.

i enjoyed the video, i have been an offset printer for the last 18 years, iam very interested in screen printing...looks like you guys do good work.. i was suprised at how high the thread count was that you were using... i would like to do very detailed work like this... do you guys print much 4 colour process and do you work to a pantone colour matching system with screen printing inks , thanks

Is there ever a time that you wish you had a vacuum pallet? Do you have anything on the pallet to help hold the paper down?
