I have created a routine to do all of your aim lab playlists before I go to sleep just to see the improvements that would result from this training in my aim, it was also the last week of Act II in Valorant and I was a hard stuck diamond 1. I managed to reach Immortal 1 in the end of this act and saw massive improvements in my aim. Your aim training was one of the biggest reasons of my improvement in FPS and thank you so much for it!

@itsallaboutwins eat more healthy fats and veggies. Try fasting 12-16 hours between meals. You'll feel the difference after several days as your gut bacteria grows into that which processes healthy fibres/fats. Also try to minimise soda and desserts and the like. As sleep is important also, improve your sleep by eating 2-3 hours before shut-eye time. This will aid your body into completely shutting down as its not forced to process food in your stomach whilst you enter sleep.

Believe it or not the Starfighter Assault mode in star wars battlefront 2 is a great way to go through ever varying smoothing motions with frequent opportunities to utilize little micro adjustments onto the next target with your fingertips at the end of each tracking/smoothing motion, it's also great repetition for actively trying to keep your grip more relaxed and not too tense as generally you track fairly predictable sweeping lines then make a small adjustment with your fingertips to aim at the next target. Super casual game but that mode is actually kind of great for repeatedly performing smooth accurate laid-back motions.

is see so many comments saying "why am i worse in the actual game then i am in aim trainer?" here are few reasons why. You dont have game sense and have been relying on aim trainers for EVERYTHING Your game will be slower paced then aim trainers You haven't been doing warm-ups or touch ups on your aim with aim trainer but literally waring yourself out instead and some tips to do after suing aim trainer or while using one. Try using the game features after aim training (as in using bots and custom steam workshop maps) Enjoy your game after playing aim trainer because everyone seems to get furious when their aim isn't the same in game as it was in the aim trainer, if you start raging you will lose control and might end up being mad for the rest of the day (nobody likes that) anyways hoped it kinda helped

There are so many things I did not know. Thanks for this video. I have to proggresively augment my dpi for Apex, while keeping my in-game sensitivity at 1.8 (was at 1.5 when I started a year ago). I am at 850, but it feels a little bit too fast. At 800, it feels a bit too slow. I also do not have a super huge mouse pad. I have one like what is in the video. And my gaming laptop is right next to my mousepad. My desk's size is a 100cm x 60cm. So I have to manage between having a slow enough sens to be able to track targets and flick properly, and having a fast enough sens for movements and 180s. Finally, I need to get better at tracking. I tend to lose focus on my target. My brain reacts late. And I physically have poor flexibility in my right wrist when going to the right.

The one thing I've noticed for myself is that my aim is best when everything is as consistent as possible. For the arm position thing, for me that means resting my elbow on my armrest and resting it right at the elbow joint so that the pivot distance from elbow to hand is always the same. If I change that resting position from day to day, my consistency goes out the window. If I absolutely had to rest it on the armrest at a desk like you mention here though, I'd probably just try my best to find the most consistent position possible. I have to wonder if perhaps your desk is at the wrong height to be optimal too maybe? I know for myself, a good mousing position requires my desk to be fairly low, almost bumping my knees.

You should definitely match the sensitivity / aiming motion / game scenarios as closely as possible when practicing Aim in a 3rd party program
@B4YL1FE
4 жыл бұрын
You can go into the Settings, select the game you are training for. Then you can customize sens settings with in-game units (3.5 in AimLab will be the same as 3.5 in Siege). There are different ADS profiles for different guns, or you can make your own. IIRC there's no visible gun when you ADS in AimLab (it just zooms in when you right click), but I'm sure there's a setting or workshop gun for 'true ADS' somewhere.

Appreciate the information. I'd like to see a video comparing the aim trainer sessions to Call of Duty. I'm getting good progress on flicks, which is helping with quick scoping. The issue I'm having with any shooting drills is that it's basically all hip fire. If I ADS, the gun is so big that blocks most of the screen. All the targets also disappear with a single shot, and that doesn't mirror real gameplay situations. Any helpful tips are appreciated on best drills for ADS training for Call of Duty style FPS.

Is it okay that I'm moving my wrist a little when doing micro motions? Thanks for the tips I can't believe I'm just finding your channel :)
Big fan and Great tips. I do have a question though. I dont know if youve played fortnite and have engaged in a shotgun fight in point blank range or 1x1 situation. What type of arm hand motions would that type of fight fall under? The fights are so close that i cant use my arm swipes because the person jumps so much and will jump from in front of my crosshair right over my head to behind me really fast. In one scenario i can set my sens high and bend my wrist to almost track them in a complete circle and i wont miss but then my AR aim will suffer, on the other hand i can set my sens low to mid low and hit amazing long range shots and my tracking is amazing but that super close range i lose 90% of the fights. Just trying to see should i be using my arm more in a fight like this or set it high enough to where if im one tile away i should be using my wrist to track them like you are doing here in the video at close range 2:55 and 5:11. Thanks.

Hey Rambo!!I know destiny is not a competitive shooter but can you give some tips or something. And also, is it necessary to keep practicing with aim trainings like Kovacs forever or it better to play the game at some point?

You say to put your wrist and arm as flat as possible when smoothing. I usually put some pressure on my wrist on the mouse pad when I do accurate adjustments within wrist range, but it's enough to cause friction if I need to move my arm for more range. So I see that I need to relax my wrist to relieve friction, but then my accuracy goes out the window, and that accuracy is key to success. Any tips for this conundrum?

Experiment with different anchor points of where your forearm is placed on the tables edge

@@RonRamboKim I've tried experimenting for several years now, but I just can't seem to find a balanse. Either its good wrist accuracy but immobile, or good mobility but inaccurate. Can we discuss this in your discord if I become a patreon?

Hey Rambo. I’ve been trying to get very good aim in my game of choice (Rainbow six siege), but I cannot consistently use my wrist because of issues with tendinitis. This forces me to use a significantly low sens. 6 6 400 or 66.5 cm (26.2in) per 360. Does this cause any issues and would your course still be beneficial even if I don’t often use my wrist while aiming? I have good aim, but I’d like to take it a step further. I look forward to any advice or help you could provide! (I also never put my aiming arms elbow on my desk while playing. Is this personal choice or should I start doing it to help with consistency?) Thank you!

Just started using your playlist in Aimlab. Do you recommend me focus on accuracy or speed? Should I have a slower TTK but focus on hitting my target or work on a faster TTK but I might miss more targets first.

Also, do you recommend a specific order when I'm going through the playlist?

@@EliteAaron Not even remotely close. Kovaaks is so much better than Aim Lab but Aimbeast is the future.

I remember you once said you are testing KovaaK and will give a review on it. What made you choose AimLab over KovaaK? Is it some kind of personal preference or is just AimLab superior to KovaaK?

Kovaaks seems like there's a big learning curve to setting it up as where Aim Labs it only takes 5 minutes. When I have time, Ill look into Kovaaks
