Standing Precision Jump is very basic and very important move. It is a jump between two distances that you land using just your feet. Most of times you land on front of your feet with the heels of to avoid sliding of the edge. You take off by pushing off the corner with both feet and swing your hands to get a bigger jump. Use your ankles, knees and hips to absorb the landing and control it.
There are couple of tips to improve your precision jumping. Get a good arc into a jump, it will help you to stick better. Also use all the joints in your legs to absorb the impact. Keep doing a lot of jumps and your progress will be seen soon!
