This is a start to finish process on prepping to smoking pork spare ribs. They were prepped to St Louis style ribs. Used a few different Messermeister knives to show the different uses of different knives and their purposes. Ribs were smoked on my Traeger Grill Ironwood 885 utilizing the super smoke function.
