Abacha Ndi Edda is not a regular type of Abacha from eastern Nigeria. Edda local government of Ebonyi state Nigeria do not have many native meals, But the few native meal they have is mind blowing and mouthwatering. This Abacha recipe is so simple to replicate only if you have your cassava (Abacha) shredded and processed. Like they always say! Nothing good comes easy!! Try this Abacha method and thank me later. INGREDIENTS:
Abacha (you are supposed to use fresh shredded cassava)
Okazi leaf
Palm Oil
Kanda / kpomo
Dry fish
Mackerel fish
Dried shrimps (I didn’t use it in this video)
Palm oil
Roasted dry pepper
Roasted Ehuru
Potash / Ngu
Habanero peppers
Maggi cube
Onion
Salt.
