I love the way you explain the recipes ... When you are talking about , it's very clear , specially for a french woman who read english fluently but who have difficulties to understand the different accents...I have two of your books since 2018..." Cut your grocery bill in half" and " American cheapest family"... Thank you so much ... Christine from France ...

I really enjoyed the video. Especially the tip for taking the salt out of the ham. My usual method for cooking a ham is a honey mustard glaze & a bit of rootbeer in the bottom of the pan as cooking liquid. I am going to try your recipe next time with the sweet gravy..

Thank you for this,it came at the right time. I used to cook ham at Christmas but no one could eat it because of the salt would end up in sandwiches with things like coleslaw to balance it out somewhat or when cooking beans and definitely adding no salt. I'll definitely get a shank portion and attempt it again this Christmas. Thank you.

Is that the same kind of ham you sliced up for lunchmeat in a previous video? If so, was the lunchmeat salty at all? Looking forward to more posts! I'm still trying to find a killer deal on groceries, but not having much luck .....maybe it's the area? ( MD, D.C metro area)
@MoneySmartFamily

Yes the lunch meat was salty, but it usually is. There are always grocery deals to be had, you just need to find your resources.
