Dietician said me at 5 stone had too much body fat so advised no sugar or fat. Im now the size of a six to 7 year old and have not gained any weight. My body fat levels were measured at low levels.l 12-20 percent as a female l, i have visible abs.i can spend up to 1 and half hours waist training fat off. Starting to believe im somehow fat. I wont eat because im told im too big. I had to go to childrens sections as all the adults fell off. I measured hip at 31 way below bottom size measured at fullest part (seamstress) and 21.4 inches for my waist but too big for people around me. People complain It had fat or sugar in it. As nothing is completely fat or sugar free im just going to cut out calories completely i was only eating 600 to begin with. I live off caffeine drinks and eventually i wont have that anymore either. Still shrinking. I have asked that people stop commenting on my food and started chewing and spitting but i have enough at this point. Im fat and im sick of it. Would i survive a long fast.

This sounds like body dysmorphia. If you can visibly see your abs then you are not fat.. in fact, you’re in the top 1% of lean people on the planet. I used to be fat and eventually got into crazy shape and had a ton of lean muscle and a 6 pack and like you, always thought I was fat. It took gaining some body fat back and looking back to realize that I wasn’t fat and in fact shredded.. now I’m a little chubby but still in better shape than 99% of the world. All I’m getting at is this, fix your mental self image.. you are probably starving yourself unnecessarily with only eating 600 calories a day. You’re better off eating more calories and burning them off enjoying your body at the gym.. you’ll be happier, stronger, leaner, and you’ll have more energy. Don’t be so hard on yourself. And again, if you have visible abs, you 100% NOT fat
