I appreciate that this video is free but the narrator is doing entirely too much side talking and not getting to the point of the video. Makes it difficult to sit through.

In the information gathering when u said to select the visual things first what if there is an emergency do u not select anymore items and move ahead?

Yes because if it’s an emergency you’d be delaying patient care by doing unnecessary things. For example: you check heart rate and it is 0. You wouldn’t proceed to listen to breath sounds. That is also why the order in which you pick things matter.
