Hi Vicky from California! Tried this lovely recipe, was not sure about the ratio of water to flour. I did make it with 1:2 (one cup flour to two cups water) and it turned out super!!! Thank you for sharing!🙏🙏🙏

This is called Ragi Mudde in Karnataka South India! Staple food in villages of south. In Tamil language also it is called Kali! 😃👍🏼 I like it best with mutton curry.
