I prepared homemade tarhana. It's a super healthy recipe!.
Ingredients List:
1 kilo of strained yoghurt
3 onions
3 tomatoes
3 green peppers
3 red peppers
1 bunch of parsley
1 bunch of fresh mint
1 tablespoon of salt
2 kilos of flour
We put aside half a kilo of flour and sprinkle it on the dough every day. So, we use a total of 2.5 kilos of flour.
Preparation:
We grind the vegetables, mix them with yoghurt, add 2 kilos of flour and we're supposed to get a hard dough. We put it in a container and cover it with stretch film. Every day we press the dough and knead it lightly. We sprinkle flour on it. For 10 days, we press the dough for 1-2 minutes, take the air out, sprinkle flour on it and cover it with stretch film again. On the tenth day, we fill the dough in a piping bag and squeeze it out onto a clean cover. After a couple of days, we grind the dough with a food processor. We put it on a clean cloth and dry it by mixing it every day for 15 days. Enjoy!
