My first tip is to plant culantro (or recao) indoors in February or early March. Then transplant outdoors when the weather permits, or when outside temperatures reach 50 degrees Fahrenheit or higher at night. In my case that was late May. Second tip, cut the stalk with the seed pods when you seed them. If you let the plants go to seed then they will die off early. This is one way to get an abundant leaf harvest that can last many months until first frost.
