I work at home sitting in front of my laptop a majority of the day. I stretch every 45 minutes and work out, before jumping into the sauna. I hope that its' helping 🙏🙏🙏

We need more women in management and professionals. Generally they are detail people. Men are long range goal seekers and not as concerned about the details. This female doctor is going into a depth of detail explaining all the factors of heart disease.
