No. He has a New Englander accent, which is strongest at "Bah Habah," (Bar Harbor) Maine. We east coasters don't talk like him. From Boston on northward they have their own incompressible accent. They're not in America. ha

Well I mean if you have to set up all that then at that point might as well use a hardier Rose. But to each their own!

itll be worth it when the rose bush survives the winter and comes back to grow even bigger instead of having to replant a new one and start over.

3.49 wrapping roses w burlap to a stake

Holy crap, I would never do this much work on my plants unless it was there first year or two. You're way better off finding colder hardy varities for the garden, of which there are many. Rugosa roses can go as hardly as zone 2 and 3. I understand wrapping things with burlap but those A-frames and everything else, seems like wayy too much work if you ask me.

Isn’t the snow still come and will kill them all. Should I put soil to cover instead of leaves??

those leaves are great insulators, especially when you put as much as they did.

People who want to protect their shrubs and plants will do it lol. You could make those frames in a couple of hours and reuse them every year as well
