I have some photos that are really nice but slightly blurry. Is there any way to correct that without making it grainy?

The newer light room, the HSL (color mixer) makes it harder. When I bring down the orange saturation in the skin for some reason my people's lips turns bright orange.

Amazing tutorial! Didn't know about the adjustment tool, until today adjusted each colour individually with the sliders. This is going to save me a lot of time. Also concratulation for the amazing video and sound quality of this tutorial - makes it a pleasure to watch.

Maybe a stupid question: What if the scene really looked like the "before" one? I mean that the scene is very warm and orange and that "correctly" white balancing you are basically loosing that effect. Thanks for clarifying.

This is great! I'm now going back to re-edit a recent wedding photoshoot with this process. Thank you! For a dusk shot like this would you recommend flash? If so, would dash eliminate this 'color problem'?
@slrlounge
5 жыл бұрын
Unfortunately no. If you CTO gel the flash, the background will go even more blue. If you leave the flash bare, the light color won't match the ambient light.

Thank you so much for this video. I'm an amateur photographer and experimenting with off camera flash. I was wondering if you can show us how to determine how much off camera flash was used in my picture using Lightroom. The small screen in the top upper right hand corner in my Lightroom only shows me the ISO, aperture, histogram, shutter speed, and camera focal length and I was wondering if there's a way to show much flash I used in that picture.

QUESTION: When working on a laptop, what display brightness should I set to? ?
@slrlounge
5 жыл бұрын
It all depends on the environment, I find on set when I have a lot of light in my face, I need it at it's brightest setting. But, when working in my digital dark room, I usually keep it 3-5 clicks below.

Is there a way to click on a certain part of the image and adjust just the color of that particular bit? For instance, what if I have 2 green trees, and I only want to slightly desaturate one, etc?
@serge9066
4 жыл бұрын
for that, you can use the adjustment brush and brush over the particular object you want to mess with. That way you can desaturate things if you want to only affect a certain object of a specific color.
