I guess I'm really lucky that the one 620 film camera I have is the Argoflex E, which says it's 620 only, but secretly takes regular 120 film as well. It even had a 620 spool in it first time I opened it, so I have one of those around in case I need it in the future. (I inherited it from my grandfather.)

When you are shooting with the camera, do you just turn the knob until it says 2 on the back when you are advancing? Thank you for the video by the way!

Yep, just count the numbers in the red window.

After watching this video, I still don't know the difference other than the spools being different. Are image negatives larger? or smaller than 120???? I think that should have been discussed in the video content.

Thats the thing, the spool size is the only difference. You get the same image sizes and the numbers on the backing paper are on the same places.

620 IS 120 with a slightly different spool. The flat disks on the end are slightly thinner and slightly less diameter.

It’s easier to modify the 120 spool

Yes Why use 620 cameras. Ensign Agfa Zeiss etc. Most folders made in Europe use 120 film.

Are you joking ? You show how to respool, from 120 to 620, with only the back paper : It's very easy, everyone can do that,no need to make a video. It is very different and difficult to respool the paper + THE FILM,above all in a darkroom : risk of finger prints, difficulties to replace the sellotape,...

Not that difficult. Practice more.

Can you reroll it back on to the 120 when you’re done?

If you plan on developing your own film it doesn’t matter but the answer is yes if you use a film changing bag .
