Even with the right technique and assets some investors would still make more than others. As an investor, you should've known that by now that nothing beats experience and that's final. Personally I had to reach out to a stock expert for guidance which is how I was able to grow my account close to $35k, withdraw my profit right before the correction and now I'm buying again.

My old boss instilled a piece of knowledge on saving and investing early. I started investing $35 a pay period. I told him I can’t afford that, he replied: Son, you’ll never miss it once you get use to it. Every year add a portion of your raise to it. Son: you won’t miss it. 15 years later, I’ve invested and very happy I listened.

The best course of action if you lack market knowledge is to ask a consultant or investing coach for guidance or assistance. I don't like having a loan on something that can be gone/totaled out in an instant through no fault of my own. The only reason i financed it out to 60 months was to have flexibility in my payments. I knew that i could always afford the minimum payments but i always paid extra. Cause i learned that a car is not an asset but a liability/ means of transportation. I still have that car after 6+ years and it's done really well. I am looking for a new used car (the car I've been talking about was already 5ish years old when i bought it). And will likely try to buy it out right if possible. It is so crazy to me that people will have a thousand dollars+ car payment as apposed to a mortgage. Still trying to figure out why this takes so long to spit out? For anyone just starting out, if you are still living with your parents FOR FREE, why aren't you working MULTIPLE JOBS (or income streams)? Step one in any capital formation is to FORE GO spending and the easiest way to cut spending to the BONE is to eliminate RENT. Google the homeless firefighter. He lived in his truck (you could live with your dad and mom) and accumulated 250k in 3 years. Now when you start investing for the long-term starting with a large sum, compound interest can REALLY WORK HARD FOR YOU. 3 short years and now SETUP FOR LIFE. PS What if you married and your spouse did the same thing? THAT'S HALF A MILLION IN 3 YEARS! NEVER WORK AGAIN!

I think this is all good info but … actually building credit allows you to use someone else’s money to invest. And to use credit you need to build credit . And to build credit you need to use a credit card, and have a car loan .. be strategic . Use the system to your advantage . Add all of this information and also know how to use credit .
@DungeonAesthetics
Жыл бұрын
Yup, the car loan is important. He had one before he had the beater, mfrs think cycling two secured cards til their score is boosted to 700+ is gonna help them leverage, always saying capone and disco it and to graduate them to unsecured, a car loan is gonna show you can pay down a significant debt and handle a high debt to income ratio, which is what banks are gonna see when you try to get big loans and mortgages. They don't care that you can juggle $400 til its a couple thousand, they wanna see if you're trustworthy with thousands of other people's money. Leveraging debt is faster and more beneficial when it comes to scaling nearly every business model, aaand the process actually goes to teach people more, not hinder them. I wish that he had phrased differently, building credit while maintaining a budget that allows you to save 15-20% of your income will put you in a much better position financially

Investments are a way of providing funds for the generation of future income or profits. Investing allows individuals to put money aside while they go about their daily business, let the funds work for them, and earn income for their work in the future. It is important to invest wisely, make informed decisions and carefully weigh the risks and potential rewards associated with each investment opportunity.

Man I love watching you! So much valuable knowledgeable....I know this is probably like the worst place to ask you but I've got a question for ya....I've got an app idea, I know I know a dime a dozen...but how do I go about protecting my idea and trying to sell it? I'm no developer but found a good niche and could be a huge money maker...

People, listen to this gentleman! Tweak the pan to fit you. I thank the creator I was able to read the right books and listened to the right cassette tapes when in my 20’s, before the internet, and started from scratch. Have tried all sorts of ideas, enjoyed and learned from the mistakes. I did most of what he said except I have enjoyed life, travel, luxuries and the toys at the same time. It’s doable. It forced me to think about how I could add more value and earn more. I didn’t want to enjoy the good things as an old man. I wanted to live! I have. I split my income into buckets: Investments, toys/travel/luxuries, self dev, gifting, new ideas, expenses etc. I can retire before 50 but entrepreneurship the old school (no video/social monetization) way is fun and works great too. I will learn what you do soon too but first working on a new music project as a hobby for fun that I feel will end up making a killing. Good luck all. Think about what you want, believe you can get it, envision yourself with the goals attained, Take action and remain consistent. Trust the process. The one above has got your back.

Guy sold a pet rock. People could have just went outside and picked up a rock. But someone packaged it, gave it a name and people bought it. It did nothing and people gave their money for it.

The way I see it when you have nothing you have nothing to loose. If you do nothing you will get nothing in return. It's hard to be poor so the work to change it is going to be hard but is a goal which can be achieved. Your thoughts have power. Belief in yourself and a plan can make big differences.
