Great content, Coach. Thanks for alerting me to this video. I have been working a lot, so I haven't been on the lives like I had been previously, but I will be back on track when I finish a training program and get back on my normal schedule💪🏾🥊!

@@CoachAnthonyBoxing If you got any tips on how to get more power on my uppercuts, that would be great. Still relatively new to the channel so maybe you have that in the archives. I'm still going through checking out what videos you got but so far they've all been gold.

@@CoachAnthonyBoxing your video on snapping the jab specifically was a huge help. I still have a long way to go with it but man did it change things for the better. Just the simple metaphor of pouring the cup really drove it home

Yes! This is the type of teaching that is the sweet science. Everyone can't just teach this. It's one thing to get in shape and fight. It's another to have a Master class and be schooled. Dam! If I had it like that I'd move to NJ.

This guy makes a toturial on how to read opponents but doesent talk about where to look and how to use peripheral vision to look at an opponents shoulders, feet and head....90 or 100% of boxing is based on what you see. Chin tucked looking through your guard or arms slightly in front of your face, to read an opponent you look for openings, when they arent punching, shuffling or sodestepping etc all so you can establish your jab.....l could have made a much better video
