Not a single person who came to Jesus in faith for healing was turned away; every person who came to Him in faith was healed! When the Disciples failed to heal, Jesus did not! He is the same yesterday, today, and forever. Do you believe?
It’s not about IF God can (Mark 9:23) or IF He’s willing (Matthew 8:2-3), it’s IF we have faith (Matthew 21:21).
Passages in this sermon:
- John 8:31-32 NIV

- Matthew 21:18-22
- Matthew 8:1-3

- Matthew 17:14-21 NASB
- Mark 9:21-24
Additional Passages:
"When evening came, many who were demon-possessed were brought to him, and he drove out the spirits with a word and healed all the sick. 17 This was to fulfill what was spoken through the prophet Isaiah:
“He took up our infirmities
and bore our diseases.” - Matthew 8:16-17
22 “Have faith in God,” Jesus answered. 23 “Truly I tell you, if anyone says to this mountain, ‘Go, throw yourself into the sea,’ and does not doubt in their heart but believes that what they say will happen, it will be done for them. 24 Therefore I tell you, whatever you ask for in prayer, believe that you have received it, and it will be yours. 25 And when you stand praying, if you hold anything against anyone, forgive them, so that your Father in heaven may forgive you your sins. 26 [But if you do not forgive, neither will your Father who is in heaven forgive your transgressions.]” - Mark 11:12-26
“When Jesus came down from the mountainside, large crowds followed him. 2 A man with leprosy came and knelt before him and said, “Lord, if you are willing, you can make me clean.”
3 Jesus reached out his hand and touched the man. “I am willing,” he said. “Be clean!” Immediately he was cleansed of his leprosy.” - Matthew 8:1-3
"When he had gone indoors, the blind men came to him, and he asked them, “Do you believe that I am able to do this?”
“Yes, Lord,” they replied.
29 Then he touched their eyes and said, “According to your faith let it be done to you”; 30 and their sight was restored..." - Matthew 9:28-30
"Is anyone among you sick? Let them call the elders of the church to pray over them and anoint them with oil in the name of the Lord. 15 And the prayer offered in faith will make the sick person well; the Lord will raise them up. If they have sinned, they will be forgiven. 16 Therefore confess your sins to each other and pray for each other so that you may be healed. The prayer of a righteous person is powerful and effective.
17 Elijah was a human being, even as we are. He prayed earnestly that it would not rain, and it did not rain on the land for three and a half years. 18 Again he prayed, and the heavens gave rain, and the earth produced its crops." - James 5:14-18
