@@mattwenning2164 Ok I see! I personally have had some issues with pain/inflammation in the anterior delt when doing chest preses and some rear delts exercises. But no pain when doing overhead presses (Shoulder DB press, Military press, smith shoulder press etc). However I've started to implement rotator cuff exercises as a warmup before I do my pressing, which has helped a lot. Just wondered if any of these exercises, would be good to add to my warmup routine pre pressing, for someone who have had problems with shoulder pain/inflammation previously :)

I have a quick question about the Bicep point, i have severe shoulder inflammation my GP did an ultrasound but i keep telling him that i feel my Bicep is week. Could i have a problem with it as well or do you think its referral pain from shoulder. My GP said if there was a problem with the connection of the Bicep at the shoulder it would have been picked up in the ultrasound, i am just confused as why does my Bicep feel week.
@mattwenning2164

Edgar Jarroush I would say possible horseshit. Bicep has always been a problem for most.... not saying it’s stronger. It just may be doing too much work
@stevewildeagle965

If your getting pain in the side of the bicep that kinda radiates down the forearm, you could have strained your bracallis muscle. I injured mine months ago, and it still hurts, lowered the strength and weight I curl in my left allot.
@marLamaDeo
5 жыл бұрын
I have problems with my left bicep because my left pec attachment onto the shoulder is messed up, affecting he stability of the shoulder overall. It’s not necessarily your bicep itself that’s the issue but it’s struggling to compensate or function normally
