I do it all the time. : ( I finally started to make a change with my body and starting trying to build muscle and lose weight. But I dont have any weights and gyms are closed so im using resistant bands. I hope they have the same effect as weights.

Brother its very easy to bring the moobs down. This guys video is right, but dont forget that your diet is more effective than excercise you need to cut fat intake and anything that is unhealthy that together with push ups and CARDIO(SUCH AS RUNNING JOGGING ETC.)will do the trick. You dont need a gym ma men. I have been eating healthy and jogging everyday and push ups i went from 220 t0 207 and my moobs went down noticably 🙂

Bro having chest fat honestly sucks man, I wouldn’t say I am a proper gym trainer or anything like that but ive been doing chest training for about two years Pushups/ Flat benches and alot of lower chest to and honestly I have seen a difference in it and I lost wieght as well but the only problem was the chest fat was still there so I really started thinking about what my problem really is and I think that Chest fat is actually a many problems, its only now that I am starting to realise that it could be gynocamastia and honestly It really infuriated me made me feel so angry and straight up stressed because I didnt honestly know what rout to take with chest gaining…. So from this I am gonna train my chest again try progressive overload and then eat alot healthier but if that doesn’t work im might stop doing chest and try grt surgery in the future im fucking scared though :/

There is no way this works for everyone, you’re body fat percentage is lower so it can take 7 days. But for someone with a litte more body fat it’s going to take a little longer with patience.💯

All these commenters are complaining about getting free info. Thank you for the upload and share!! I did calorie counting alone and lost 3-4 Lbs a week (for the first while). From 350 Lbs down to 335 Lbs. Then I tried cardio (30 minute jog each night which was 3 Km) and lost ~1-2 Lbs a week but my leg muscles were bulking up again so trade fat for muscle. I was down to 315 Lbs then. Then I tried sodium counting (1,500mg or less per day) for my heart and vascular health and stayed within the 2,500 calories a day I'm allowed and started to gain energy and drop the bloated look. Down to 295 Lbs and aiming for my optimal weight of 250 Lbs. 6' 2" and massively wide and large bone structure. So I can't get down to 230 or less without being grossly dainty and unhealthy. It isn't difficult once you get comfortable with the lifestyle changes. But you are 100% right. It isn't just a one-phrase answer to tighten up. It is a full regime. Diet (nutrition control), consumption control, weight training and cardio.

You need to hit your chest at every angle , incline push Day Followed by a decline chest day in your week chest workout, superset those exercises with incline and decline push ups .. Believe Me results are magical

xAjicho - EXCEPTIONALLY oversimplified. What are fatty foods? Fast food? Processed foods? Meat? Etc. EVERYTHING in this world can cause unhealthy consequences. Sodium rich foods like root vegetables are bad for your heart and arteries causing cardiovascular failure (if you go over 1,500mg a day which almost everyone does). So the one-all answer isn't vegetables. (Non fatty foods seeing how all meat has fat content). Red meat is also bad as an iron in inhibitor which can cause kidney issues very easily. Plus the fat content of red meat is terrible for you. Breads are terrible altogether for us. So what is left? Fish? You will be hungry 20 minutes after eating fish. A waste... The fact is, eat whatever you want but within calorie daily intake allowance. NEVER exceeding. Also make sure you get your daily vitamin requirements. And lastly, do NOT eat more than 1,500mg of salt a day. Throw your salt shaker in the trash. Unless you want circulatory issues and heart failure. Exercise regularly and be responsible. For the record a sodium killer is potassium. It is SUPER important to get lots of potassium. Potassium comes from poultry foods like chicken (boneless, skinless breasts. Not that bone-in garbage discount chicken). Broccoli and sweet potatoes also kill sodium with potassium.

This is really good, but there are a few ways to improve your fat loss. I recommend these exercises except do lower weights and higher reps. Say you do 45 lbs on the bench for 10 reps, go down to 35 lbs and 16-18 reps so you burn the chest fat first. Doing high weight and low reps builds muscle behind the fat and your chest will just become bigger and look like there is more fat. Also look up intermittent fasting as i’ve done that for almost 3 months now, and i’ve lost nearly 10 pounds and my entire body looks more fit!

There is no way your going to look like this man in 1 week. In order to burn fat you have to be in a deficit. If you want to gain muscle you have to be in a surplus. It's incrediblly hard to burn fat and build muscle at the same time

Why should Cardio come after weight training?? Shouldn't it come first to get your blood pumping and make it easier to lift. I saw something that something said cardio before allows for greater muscle growth because there is more room after cardio since blood is running throughout all your body

King Thatcher he literally said you need to gain muscle in your chest, he never promised to lose fat in one area, he said muscle helps to remove fat look.

The title said reduce chest fat in 7 days. It is possible to REDUCE chest fat in 7 days if you follow the diet the he said, low calorie deficit, PLUS THE WORKOUTS? Yeah you will definitely REDUCE some chest fat but wont lose it all. Stop saying you wont get shredded like him because thats not what the title said lol

Yo thank you for making this video I like how you broke the food down and look at it as numbers because the reason I could not stick to eating health was because of the strict guidelines to whats healthy and what’s not. I recently started working out and eating less, lost a few weight but I have no idea what I’m doing. I weight 208 this morning from 233 about 3 months ago. I’ve got the momentum and don’t want to loose it. Can you tell me what I should eat and can u give me an example of a week schedule for your workout. What I mean is what do you do on Monday, is it chest and back or legs? Thanks
