How to reduce your cravings for shit foods 🍪 🍩 🍟
There are multiple things you can do to reduce the amount of cravings you have but I want to be upfront that I don’t think there is a way to eliminate cravings forever.
I’ll explain why shortly, but first here are ways to reduce your cravings:
1️⃣ The main one if to cleanse your taste buds and you can do that through eating a whole food plant-based diet for at least 4 weeks without any processed foods filled with salt and sugar.
By doing that you will notice your taste buds change and that drive to watch to eat salty or sweet food will start to go away slowly.
It can even get to the point where you find that salty or sweet food to be “too much” because your taste buds are so clean.
2️⃣ A BIG WAY to reduce cravings is what I shared in this video, which is to get good quality sleep. It is a primal and survival part of you to want to eat higher calories dense foods when you are tired because you didn’t give yourself ample time to fill up your internal energy battery and your body is therefor looking for dense source of energy.
Which junk processed foods “happens” to be one if them (It was design that way for a reason).
So if you are always having to fight cravings and you are sleeping like 💩
Than reconsider changing your sleep habits to give yourself a fighting chance to success.
Let me end on this, what I said early in the video is that 99% of people won’t do anything with that information and will continue to struggle with their cravings. This video was recorded for the 1% of you that will take action on it 💯
