I use them 10min in the morning and 10 in the evening on the lightest vibration and it helps me very good. I am feeling less stressed and anxious. I like to wear them on the inside of my wrist, it makes the feeling intenser.

What size of watch scrunchies did you buy? Would 38-41mm or 42-45mm be better? Thank you! Great suggestion!!

I think they were the 20 ish mm for my galaxy watch active 2. You can look up online what size watch band you need 😊

So your surrounding and the one who wears the touchpoints hear when they work. It seems to me that the touchpoint kind of distracte you from for example emotional flashbacks. As u sayd they bring you in the hear and now into the body feeling because it adresses the body with specific vibration. If u in a high sympathetic mode all the time and in a hyper arrousal state of mind/body for days but do not have extreme spikes like panic attacks are then touchpoints a good choice or maybe better work with more vagus addressing tools like the sensate or apollo neuro?

A TENS unit stimulates muscles activity, whereas TouchPoints do not. I don't think they're comparable.
I tried EMDR a couple years ago, it did not work. It just dug up a bunch buried stuff but didn't seem to help me cope at all.

I'm so sorry to hear that. 🤗 Did you do the actual eye movement EMDR or did you hold vibrating paddles (that's the one that worked for me).

@@CassieWinter They had me tapping my knees back and forth to a metronome, it was done over video call because everything was shut down at the time

If your therapist is not feeling you it can be a problem. The image gets dug up, but needs to be relieved out of your head and body. Otherwise you get traumatised again and your experience can even be worse than before...

I feel like they just create a neutral distraction in your brain. It redirects your brain to something else. Just like being on your phone and meditation. Can you make the sleep ones not go off at 30min?

Unfortunately the sleep ones automatically turn off at 30 min and you can't change that. If you want longer, you need the other kind. But then the other kind doesn't have an auto shutoff. It's quite annoying 😭
