if you are like me and one of your black key doesn't want to clip in anymore, try to figure out which little claw at the back is a little bit too opened. Press on the lower part toward the other, and it should tighten up the grip. works like a " C " hooking up on a " o ", if the C is not tight enough it won't stay on.

Thanks. I got the cover of my 'e' key off fine. But the two flimsy white plastic bits underneath came off too, and separated. It doesn't look like they are damaged, but I don't know how they fit back together. Can you please help? Thanks!

Wait did it break? Mine half way accidentally came off and idk what to do, I don’t have the tools to remove it and it’s hanging off ( letter D ) I’m scared to do it with my nails because it isn’t my computer

Both of my ctrl buttons are not responding, do you know what might be the cause? by the way Is it possible to replace the keyboard?
@PaulChrisJones

Yes, you can replace the keyboard, but you have to take the laptop apart to do it. About the ctrl buttons, have you tried pressing alt+ctrl+fn? According to ccm.net/forum/affich-28177-control-keys-not-working-on-laptopm, that's worked for some people
