How do you extract the last drops of liquid from a 50-unit vial?
@facesdoctor

The neck of the vial on 50 unit bottles is too narrow. Unfortunately, we always have waste with 50-unit vials.

How about 50 units bottle ?

Unfortunately, the 50 unit bottle opening is too narrow to pass through aseptically with an insulin syringe. If you are willing to sacrifice a few units that would remain in the "dead-space" of a traditional luer-lock style needle, you could opt to attach a 1.5 inch long needle to a syringe and extract the remaining volume. Thank you for your question! (for a complete tutorial on needle types and information on dead-space, please see my reconstitution video: kzitem.info/news/bejne/mq-V2aascmt2rJw )
