I'm very excited to hear that this solution doesn't damage the press-on. I'm definitely going to try this! Thank you.

this is so helpful thank you so much! my press-on nails would never budge from soaking them in oily water. i would soak them for 30 mins straight and my natural nail would still rip off with the press-on!thank you for coming up with a method that doesn’t ruin the nails either, this is genius💖

Thanks for sharing! I’m just getting into press on nails and I really needed this video. I put my first set on and I had air bubbles in like the majority of them and I can’t stand looking at it so I’m going to take them off and buy more nails and start all over.

hiya I have found that moisture hand masks remove the nails without damaging them it also makes your hands feel amazing just a little buff of the nail plate wipe inside of nails with acetone then reuse them. I have been trying to find ways that my sets can be re-used but I will also try to use your method too and see if it will be a useful method too thanks for sharing this vid awesome idea too

This might sound like a silly question, how do get rid of the acetone and water mixture after you are finished taking the press-on nails.
@Atlasintokyo

You can either just let it evaporate and dump out the water into your grass or throw it into your trash after pouring it onto some tissues

I paused at 4:25 and it worked for only my thumb nail. The others took forever. I’m wondering if it had to do with me using gel to glue the nails on and also dip powder after. 😞

Oil, soap, and hot water has always worked for me But I only take my nails off when the first one pops off This would probably work if I had to take them off prematurely
@Atlasintokyo

It's really just the hot water that's working if you take a hot shower and you're washing your hair, your nails are gonna pop off.

If ur nails are lifting anything hot makes the glue loosen. The soap and oil does nothing

I actually heard this is damaging to the nail because you shouldn't have your hands in water for so long I try the water method and that didn't work for me.
