Thanks for this. My son has just been quoted £500 to do exactly what you’ve just shown. I’ll be able to do it myself with this tutorial.

You are very soothing to watch. I get proper anxiety as an amateur but have used your vlogs on my daughters 1.0 yaris. I did the pcv, throttle body and map at the weekend. The throttle body was water cooled electronic one, not cable. Was a swine to get cooling pipes off but with your vlog I had confidence to clean all the parts and reassemble. Hopefully the oil consumption will drop. Thanks for your kindness in producing this material

AWESOME. Thank you for sharing your struggle. Completing these jobs will boost your confidence and the next job, whatever that might be, won't feel so daunting. Keep up the good work

Great tutorial as I've just done my girlfriend's car. Though one thing guys, if you do go for the two new bolts at the catalyst end *GET THE SPRINGS AS WELL*, as the new bolts are 10mm shorter and will be a pigs arse to fit with the original springs.

Excellent video of a job I need to do after a replacement back box lasted only 3 years before splitting at the bracket weld just before that rear box. The original lasted 12 years - some replacement parts are much lower in quality than the factory originals, I think.

Thanks for this Cyd. I would like to attempt this, but not confident where to place the axle stands to support my C1. I can't tell exactly where you've placed them. Could you consider making a video to show where to place them?

You can do it! Lift the car using the front subframe and place the stands under the square section of chassis just inboard and behind the front wheels

I do have a brand new exhaust now but the next time I'm going to do this job by myself. Did you say 16,- or 60,- £ for the oxygen sensor? My mechanic told me a story of 200,- Euro if this device gets broken! In this video I learned a lot e.g. the word «chamfer». Wonderful. Thanks Cyd! 👍😀👍

£16 - sixteen. thats for a universal 4 wire sensor which has no connector. For an OE sensor (complete with connector) I'd expect to pay £60-70.

I can’t get the joint on the cat to middle pipe to seal air tight it’s driving me mad, I’ve tried a new wire doughnut which was very loose onto the cat section but I’ve glued it on with exhaust paste, it seems to be were it sits in the cup ?

Hello Cyclone Cyd! You already helped me alot with my Aygo! I just wanted to ask you the Oxygen Sensor. is it before Catalysator or after? I wanted to buy one on ebay but Im not sure which one is right. Or are both the same? Thanks in advance for your professional assistance! BR from Germany.
