Regarding dielectric grease; I use it to prevent spark leakage and spark tracking inside the plug boot. GM and Ford were bad about that, leaving a carbon track inside the boot causing misfire. No reason Dodge wouldn’t do the same, so use it. The terminal inside the boot will fit over plug , and the grease will not interfere .

No. Your correct. 13' model year and older with copper or platinum plugs is 13-15 ft pounds. 14' and up with NGK Iridium plugs is 18-22 ft pounds. But if the Iridium plug your using has a tapered end, instead of a metal gasket, only then your supposed to torque it down to 14-15 ft pounds.

Thank you for not putting any type of anti-seize on the spark plugs. Notice that NO manufacturer uses it at the factory. Reason being, is that it will change the torque reading installation and increase the possibility of over-torquing. If the spark plug is over-torqued, the shell can stretch. If the metal shell stretches, the heat transfer from the ceramic firing end is reduced. When the firing end gets too hot, pre-ignition can occur. Pre-ignition is what put holes in pistons. Bad deal for sure. If someone puts too much anti-seize on, it can also melt and run down on the ceramic - which will cause a mis-fire (anti-seize is full of metal).

Thank you for an other great video. I have watched some of your other videos and they were great as well. I have a question regarding the reason I am thinking of changing my spark plugs. My truck has 131000 miles on it, I bought it used so I am not sure if the plugs have been changed or not. The truck feels like it has a misfire or what I would describe as a surging or a hesitation while I am driving almost like a subtle bucking. When I first start out from a spot light, it definitely bucks more noticeable but then goes into the more subtle bucking. I have no check engine light on and I have run it on a scanner with no DTC's. It feels like a misfire to me so I am thinking it could be the plugs or maybe the coils. Your thoughts? Is there a way to check the coil to see if maybe one has gone bad? It has been doing this for a while now and I am concerned it will cause damage. I'm not sure if this is the forum to as questions like this because I don't see any recent comments but I am hoping someone is monitoring your channel and can give me some help or direct me to the right spot. Thank you in advance.

Not sure what this "never sees" is. Is it a blindness lotion ? Anyhow, certain spark plugs such as these have a special coating applied at factory to prevent seized plugs in aluminum heads, so no other product is necessary or recommended.
