How to replace your motorcycle grips on the Suzuki DR650
You can use the time code chapters below to skip to the sections that you are interested in if you don’t want to watch the entire video.
On this episode we replace the stock Suzuki DR650 dual sport/ adventure motorcycle grips on the DR650 with a set of Oury black anti vibration grips. We also look at the difference between standard Glue on grips vs clamp on grips when we look at some Pro-Tapper Pillow top grips. We will talk about the advantages of both types. I have to remove the DR650 throttle tube to remove the grip from the tube, which turns out to be quite a struggle and very messy . For adhesive, we use hair spray to install the new grips onto the Dr650 stock bars.
