At the age of fast connections and speedy life, it seems impossible to turn off, but you can pause this pace and find out healthier ways to connect with the world and obtain better results in all different aspects of your life. Small changes may create good habits and take us to success, make our plans and dreams come true faster than we could imagine. This talk's purpose is to take some time to think about thoughts that bother us and put them into the following track: treat them before eliminating them, taking action and solving them.
Speaker and consultant with a degree in NLP- Neurolinguistic Programming and coaching, he developed his work under the Integral Human Being perspective. He wrote the book, "Changing for Better". He is an architect, illustrator, writer and poet which competence in such areas is an advantage in his work with human development in the corporate environment. He is a directing partner at Instituto Pro-Ser. Kau is known for his enthusiastic words and motivational spirit that he evokes in the audience, widely dominating the content and having creative and energizing communicating processes. Through his job, he brings reflection, changing triggers, creativity and charisma to many cities around Brazil.
