Neat little saws Homelite made. They made quite a few variations of these guys.

I rebuilt a HL 150 I really like. Strange design but it runs real nice and cuts good. I'd like to find a blue version of it

Great video! I brought my old XL back to life this spring. I was working good but found the sprocket is grooved causing the chain to catch. I have not found a good source for parts. I I have ordered a drum and sprocket via Amazon, but not sure it is going to be the correct one. What parts suppliers do you use?

From what recall I used eBay and Amazon. I use little red barn too. If you can find the part # for the sprocket it's easier to search. I just found one for an old 65 sears that I think is the last one on the planet lol. If you can find a rim sprocket drum, that's a nice upgrade. Good luck.

I have the same one. And when you started, it looked like the bulb on the fuel cap was missing, as is mine. But then at the end you had it. Where did you get it?

I think I tried to replace just bulb and broke the plastic retainer in the cap so I just got a new cap w/bulb. Chainsaw Fuel Gas Cap with Primer... www.amazon.com/dp/B09T95SN6N?ref=ppx_pop_mob_ap_share

It's a slang for non technical, non specific way to explain how hard to tighten something, with a grunting noise seometimes. Like opening an old jar of pickles is about 1 ugadoogah.

@@jonparkmac NEVER heard that term in my life, but will be using it henceforth, for sure.
