Definitely would recommend the straw method, as I've done it with paper clips many times and it's very tedious and annoying, especially if the fabric is something the paper clip can easily get stuck on.

You don't know the metal coat hanger trick? Bend it in to an appropriate shape, ( I prefer to grab the hook "top" and the "bottom" of the triangle. Pulling it back kind of like a bow and arrow until it's bent in half) Thread the hanger through the holes gathering the garment until the bent flat hook comes out. Secure the string and pull through.

i just felt for where my string ended -then poked a small hole in fabric and pulled it out there then i taped it to a straw and shoved back in the hole using his method!! - good video!!!
